As President of Woodhall Capital International, she has established herself in Global markets, with offices across London, Dubai, Lagos, and Abuja.
Her career spans major international financial centres, from London’s financial district to emerging markets across Africa and the Middle East. Through her leadership, she has built bridges between international capital markets and developing economies, facilitating over $5 billion in funding for governments, corporations, and financial institutions across multiple continents.
My Journey
Mojisola’s career in investment banking began in the City of London, where she developed expertise in risk management and structured finance at leading global institutions including Credit
Lyonnais, Goldman Sachs, and Deutsche Bank. This foundation provided her with a comprehensive understanding of international capital markets and complex cross-border transactions.
Moving to Nigeria in 2008 proved transformative for her career, setting the stage for the establishment of Woodhall Capital in 2014 , A financial advisory firm that specialises in raising international funding for government agencies, large corporates, financial institutions, and sovereigns.
Under her leadership, Woodhall Capital has successfully raised over $5 billion and expanded across the United Kingdom, United
Arab Emirates, and Nigeria. The firm’s consistent client retention rate reflects a commitment to professional excellence and integrity. Moreover, such expansion into a multi-jurisdictional operation demonstrates our growing influence in connecting international investors with emerging market opportunities.

She co launched the Design Den initiative with Titi Ogufere, founder of Design Week Lagos – a programme providing financing, mentorship, and market access to designers, makers, and manufacturers within Nigeria’s design industry.
